<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Thousands of chronically-ill Americans are already catching on to the health benefits of celery juice and are incorporating it into their diets in hopes of reducing the number of prescription medications needed to manage their conditions. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It is recommended by health experts that individuals drink at least 16 ounces of freshly pressed celery juice a day to reap the benefits of this power-packed veggie. Celery is highly fibrous so juicing it helps the body and GI system absorb the most nutrients. </span></p>
