Did the big donors get their money back? Seems like they should. If their contribution was not used for it’s intended purpose, hopefully their monies will be returned. If I was making a large donation I would certainly have a written agreement with the school including such language.

The project does not appear to be an active process anymore according to the language on the WJC website. Today, we will be releasing an in-depth article following the college’s declaration of financial exigency and restructuring of academic programs.
