The Hilltop Monitor is a publication by Jewell students, for the Jewell community. We want to write what you want to read! Using this form, we hope to publish articles that are both appealing and relevant to our audience.
We write about a lot of things. Submissions may focus on broad topics like mental health; local, national or international news; local and Jewell-specific events; or any other subject that could be reasonably written about!
If you choose to provide your contact information, we hope to reach out within one week to discuss more details. Emails will be recorded in order to prevent spam or inappropriate content, but will not be shared.
Before submitting your idea, please note the following:
- We are not accepting advertisement offers at this time.
- If you tell us about instances of harm to oneself or others, College policy requires us to report it. Any alleged Title IX violations will be reported to Jewell's Title IX Coordinator. Non-mandated faculty on campus include the Student Health Center and Counseling Services.
