“Notes on an Execution” by Danya Kukafka explores the story of a serial killer through the eyes of the women impacted by him. This book offers an intriguing, suspenseful plot that keeps you turning the page while simultaneously challenging the mystique often attached to violent men discussed in true crime media and the reduction of their victims to a plot point rather than a person.
